TEXVEGAN SOY is a textured soy protein that improves mouthfeel and emulsion of vegetarian food products 

Its use is advised as texturiser in vegetable burgers or sausages.

DOSAGE: 200 grams + 200gr. of VEGANBASE + 525 gr. of water + 75 gr. of vegetable oil.

INSTRUCTIONS for USE: Start by mixing the adequate quantities of VEGANBASE and TEXVEGAN SOY, then poor it in the right quantity of water. Next, stir well before adding vegetal oil. Finally, knead the dough in order to get a homogeneous paste. 

Leave it in the fridge for 20 min and then shape the portions as desired; burger, rolls, balls…

In order to get different flavours, products of the GUTEX range can be added as well as dehydrated vegetables and mixtures of the VEGGIDRAT range. 

SHELF LIFE: 18 months if kept in original bag.  To be kept under cool, dry and dark conditions.
