VEGANBASE is a mix of ingredients for making vegetarian and vegan burgers, cold cuts and patés.

DOSAGE: Take 200 g. VEGANBASE + 200 gr. de TEX-VEGAN (Soy or Green Peas) + 525 gr. of water + 75 gr. of vegetable oil.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Start by mixing the adequate quantities of VEGANBASE and TEXVEGAN, then pour it in the adequate quantity of water. Next, stir well before adding vegetal oil. Finally, knead the dough in order to get a homogeneous paste. 

Leave it in the fridge for 20 min and then shape the portions as desired; burger, rolls, balls…

In order to get different flavours, products of the GUTEX range can be added as well as dehydrated vegetables and mixtures of the VEGGIDRAT range. 

SHELF LIFE: 18 months if kept in original bag.  To be kept under cool, dry and dark conditions.
